In ISRAEL, the Presidency is an institutionnal protection against the partisan politics of the Prime Minister, executive head of the country.
The « semi-neutral presidential leadership » is a political model, prevailing in ISRAEL, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, ITALY and INDIA, among many others.
We could also aknowledge that non-absolute monarchies, as UK, Scandinavian parliamentary monarchies or JAPAN, are examples of neutral royal leaderships, as the monarchs do not officially interfere in political affairs.
In FRANCE, as in RUSSIA and USA, the President, in fact, acts like a Super Prime Minister, while holding the supreme executive and (potentially) legislative powers through his/her political party in Parliament: could it be a state of « semi-total national leadership »?
According to you, between total and neutral national leadership, which one is the most suitable for FRANCE, and for your own Nation?
Is your Country in a state of total or neutral national leadership?
K1FO (k1fo.info) will held such reflexions and debates in the following days.
Stay Tuned!
Have a Really Nice Day!
